Purpose of Role
Drives growth through New to Reverse Wholesale partners with professional and diligent follow, ensuring broker partners are serving their clients and growing their partnership with FAR. This role also assists in managing the current pipeline as well as tracking and reporting growth.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Works directly with an assigned Account Executive to elevate our business and increase new and existing relationships with partners
- Meets all KPIs monthly.
- Tracks and follows up on accounts, prospects, and sales process in existing reporting templates.
- Collaborates with operations to ensure all broker questions and requests are satisfied during the loan process.
- Assesses market trends and potential and keeps up with industry dynamics.
- Develops presentations and action plans for potential new relationships.
- Participates in key industry events; maintain a high level of visibility whenever necessary.
- Provides resolutions to problems at both a strategic and functional level.
- Provides regular, detailed reporting regarding tangible tasks performed and tasks to be performed in the immediate future.
- Maintains and projects only the highest level of integrity in all client dealings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies
- 5+ years of reverse mortgage sales experience
- Strong track record meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals
- Fluent in Salesforce or CRM alike, and Microsoft Office
- Impeccable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic and passion for managing projects to conclusion on time.
- Strategic thinking and opportunistic view a must. Empathetic and compassionate and committed to FAR’s mission of helping people get to work on retirement

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($75,000 - $80,000), plus commission plan is inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time-off benefits, flexible spending account, 401(k) with employer match, and ESPP.
