Job Summary

Are you passionate about video editing and excited by the fast-moving world of social and digital media? As a Junior Video Editor, you’ll become an essential contributor to our client’s in-house production team, handling everything from footage ingestion and organization to prepping engaging social, corporate, and short video content. We’re seeking someone with curiosity, creativity, and a love for rapid turnarounds—if you thrive under pressure and are ready to grow your post-production skills, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the end-to-end post-production lifecycle on a variety of high-velocity projects—from brainstorming and troubleshooting raw footage to polishing and delivering final edits.

  • Master platform-specific requirements for TikTok, X, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn, creating content that’s both visually stunning and strategically optimized.

  • Edit projects from start to finish, confidently presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.

  • Work across diverse styles and quality levels, from refined studio shoots to bold, "lo-fi" mobile-first content.

  • Harness the latest generative AI tools from Google (Veo, Nano Banana, Flow) to streamline workflows and experiment with new production possibilities.

  • Collaborate closely with creative and graphics teams, interpreting feedback to elevate every project.

  • Use video templates to ensure strong brand consistency across all social assets.

  • Effectively manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities, delivering on tight deadlines while keeping the team updated at every stage.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Play an integral part in creating content seen by wide audiences on today’s biggest platforms.

  • Work with a cutting-edge team where your creative ideas are welcomed and encouraged.

  • Gain valuable hands-on experience with groundbreaking AI production tools.

  • Develop your skillset in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-moving environment.

  • Opportunity for professional growth within a company dedicated to innovation and creative excellence.

Who You Are:

  • An excellent communicator and creative problem solver.

  • Curious, driven, and tuned in to social media trends and emerging content formats.

  • Thrive in a “sprint” work cycle, executing feedback quickly and clearly explaining your process.

  • Adept at juggling time-sensitive projects and shifting priorities with confidence and resilience.

  • Eager to take initiative and proud of your ability to keep projects on track, start to finish.

What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience editing advertising, commercial, or digital content, ideally in a high-volume agency, rapid-response brand team, or digital newsroom.

  • A portfolio showcasing your best social and corporate video work.

  • Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and a working understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and Avid.

  • Familiarity with aspect ratios, compression, and safe zones for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Enthusiasm to learn and leverage Google’s latest generative AI models in your workflow.

  • Strong instincts in narrative structure, pacing, music selection, and captivating viewers with every edit.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for motion graphics and design.
