About this Role:

The Knowledge & Content Coordinator will keep the content that fuels our pursuits accurate and easy to find. He/she owns the day-to-day upkeep of resumes, project profiles, and collateral in Flowcase, runs the reporting that shows how that content is performing, and maintains the version control and quality routines that keep the library reliable as the firm grows. When pursuits ramp up, this person also supports the proposal team directly, formatting resumes, building graphics, and helping produce marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Platform Management (Flowcase)

  • Maintain and update team resumes and project profiles in Flowcase to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Pull and distribute monthly Flowcase reports to evaluate content performance/usage and identify gaps.

  • Audit content regularly and flag outdated or incomplete entries for subject matter experts to review.

Content Governance & Quality

  • Maintain a version control log for all collateral so the team always knows what is active.

  • Track content expiration dates and set up reminders for periodic reviews.

  • Review submitted proposals for standout content worth pulling into the content library.

  • Coordinate with the Content team on content library additions and curation decisions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Run quarterly Company Content Survey reports and present findings to the team to identify successes and areas for improvement.

  • Track content usage metrics and share insights with leadership.

  • Maintain a content request tracker so every request is logged, assigned, and seen through to completion.

Proposal & Marketing Support

  • Support proposal staff as needs arise, including formatting resumes, building graphics, and helping produce marketing collateral.

  • Format and tailor resumes and project profiles to fit specific bids and proposal templates.

  • Create simple graphics and visual elements for proposals and client-facing materials.

  • Assist with the production and updating of marketing collateral such as brochures, capability statements, and quals summaries.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in content coordination, proposal support, knowledge management, or a related discipline, preferably within A/E/C or professional services.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.

  • Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Comfort learning and working in web-based software tools and content platforms.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests and recurring deadlines.

  • Clear, professional communication and a collaborative, service-minded attitude.

  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Word and Excel.

  • Self-starter who can take ownership of routines and follow them through to completion.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Flowcase, or similar CV and proposal management tools.

  • Experience running reports or working with content usage and performance data.

  • Basic graphic design or layout skills, including familiarity with tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Exposure to a consulting, engineering, or professional-services environment.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Exempt. Standard business hours with occasional evenings and weekends during peak workloads.

  • Remote role with approximately 10% travel.

  • Candidates based in North America and within proximity to a Consertus office are preferred.

Compensation Range:

  • Varies based on experience and location; $55,000 - $60,000 annually.
