Job Description:
Summary
This position is responsible for leading business strategy activities that drive communication, recognition, and employee engagement across the business. Creates programs and builds communication channels. Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
Supports manager in ensuring critical deadlines, timelines, and tasks are efficiently completed. Manages process documentation and organization of team files utilizing Sharepoint/Microsoft Teams. Works with manager to build and maintain roadmaps (short-term and long-term) of work for the team.
Responsible for managing business strategies and policies. Develops and implements strategies and enhancements. Supports strategic financial planning activities and communications for the business. Improves operations efficiency, mitigates losses, and improves profitability. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Establishes effective production and strategy performance tracking. Ensures strategies are performing as expected and implements policy changes in a timely manner.
- Communicates with operations and systems teams to ensure strategies and tests are being utilized appropriately.
- Develops and implements strategies that improve operation efficiency and mitigates losses.
- Develops and implements strategies that rehabilitate defaulted loans and improve operational efficiency.
- Identifies risks and implements strategies within servicing system limitations.
- Develops and evaluates loss and recovery forecast models.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- In lieu of education experience, 4+ years Programming, Strategy, Automation, & Process Improvement
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Communications, or related field
- In lieu of education experience, 1+ years Financial Analysis or related experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
