We have already changed the lives of over 2 million people and are on track to demonstrate to the world that ambitious social impact goals can be achieved on a large scale. Our ongoing success will redefine what’s possible in community-driven development programs

Roundglass Foundation is now emerging from its highly successful initial 5-year pilot, and we are building a team to attract investors and partners to join us on this exciting journey.

The Lead will serve as a key spokesperson and ambassador for Roundglass Foundation, responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of influential leaders and potential partners and investors. This role will involve nurturing these relationships, while also taking the lead in building a dedicated team to engage individuals and corporations throughout the region, encouraging their investment of time, talent, and financial support for our transformative solutions.

 

You are tasked with cultivating new donor accounts and will be accountable for their revenue generation and growth. This includes developing and executing tailored cultivation strategies that leverage the full spectrum of Roundglass Foundation’s people and programs, creating solicitation and closure strategies, and providing ongoing, personalized reporting on any and all investments made.



What you’ll do:
Develop Fundraising Strategy

You’ll lead the development of our fundraising roadmap—setting clear goals for the short, medium, and long term that align with our shared vision and desired impact.

Build and Grow Relationships
You’ll
grow a national network of supporters, strengthening ties with existing donors and bringing new champions into our community.

Diversify Funding Sources

You’ll develop a balanced, thoughtful approach to fundraising that taps into a wide range of sources—individuals, corporations, foundations, and more.

Drive Fundraising Efforts

You’ll lead the execution of key initiatives, connecting with high-net-worth individuals, companies, and philanthropic organizations to bring in new support,

Collaborate with Leadership
You’ll work closely with Foundation leaders to ensure funds are used effectively and transparently, and that we’re creating measurable value across all our focus areas.

Keep the Team Informed

You’ll track emerging trends in philanthropy and keep internal teams updated so our work stays relevant, impactful, and forward-looking.

Bring Fresh Ideas
You’ll use your knowledge of innovative fundraising strategies and cause marketing to elevate our efforts across all programs.

Work Across the Organization

You’ll collaborate with teams from different functions to uncover new opportunities and strengthen our overall impact.



Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

·  Master’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or another related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience of having worked in a direct fundraising and partnership role with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Experience with social or development sector organizations would be preferred.

·   A driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and get things done

·   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe

·   Highly organized with strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and an executive presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise

·   Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time-zones

·   Ability to stretch limits to meet deadlines and time-bound goals for self and team members

·Outstanding leadership capabilities, ability to communicate a compelling vision and drive results while developing a strong team

·  Adaptable with a penchant for innovation and a keen eye for emergent trends, regulatory environment, and fast-evolving policy context with willingness to learn on the fly.
