Govern AMS support against SLA/KPI metrics (MTTR, close ticket SLAs) and enforce Mars Financial Manual (MFM) standards and RBAC/SoD.

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive enterprise ERP experience specializing in financial system design, implementation, and operations; demonstrated experience mentoring and leading functional analysts.
  • SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience architecting, configuring, and leading SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solutions, with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience considered a strong plus.
  • Mars Central Finance (CFIN) Integration: Proven experience with or deep functional understanding of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) replication mechanics, AIF error handling, and master data mapping.

  • Delivery & Tooling: Experience delivering projects via SAP Activate using SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet, combined with AI agent and Situation Handling exception automation.
  • Governance & Controls: Strong working knowledge of enterprise financial controls, Mars internal control standards (MFM), role-based security catalogs, and AMS partner SLA management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
