- Develop IAM business strategies, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and compliance.
- Support IAM program initiatives, including role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), Cloud, Non-Human Accounts, and identity lifecycle management.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding and access review processes to maintain security and minimize risks.
- Manage IAM-related projects, driving continuous improvements in identity governance, workflows, and user experience.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IAM technical teams to translate business needs into actionable IAM strategies.
- Monitor and enhance IAM risk management processes, ensuring timely mitigation of security gaps.
- Work with vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure IAM operations adhere to best practices.
- 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Identity Access Management experience preferred.
- 2+ years of Technology or Business Controls experience.
- 2+ years of Escalation Management or supervisory experience.
- 3+ years of related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
- Experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
