Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead, Innovation Transformation to join our Business Excellence team. The Business Excellence team was recently assembled to enable our North America Zone to accelerate growth via the highest strategic priority areas and is made up of an experienced team of general managers and subject matter experts.

Innovation is strategically positioned to be the top growth driver for the company, and the Innovation Transformation team is working to bring strategy to action through a transformation initiative roadmap. You will work closely with senior cross-functional leaders to unlock growth through thought provocation, experimentation, and outside benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Business Unit (BU) and Zone Portfolio Management Reviews (PMR), elevating the level of decision-making on these forums and fully integrating Innovation, Maintenance/Renovation, and Productivity projects into one discussion.

  • Drive optimal decisions on End-to-End Resource Allocations across R&D resources, marketing support for new launches, Capex, etc.

  • Define and ensure clear guidelines for NA Zone projects, including mix of types, size, timeline, and improving adherence to thresholds and reducing number of exceptions.

  • Connect consumer insights to projects/initiatives, enhancing ways of working to enable smooth information sharing.

  • Guarantee project execution/timeliness, escalating across Zone leadership and working with Zone leaders to offset any risk to our portfolio delivery.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$137,400.00 - $171,700.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
