Lead Project Manager

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of multiple large, complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic change and visibility.
• Monitor and report on project budget, maintain an understanding of total budget, current expenditures and remaining funds.
• Partner with executives, operational directors, and process owners to translate vision into an executable plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and Influence other functional areas and promote cultural and organizational change initiatives.
• Responsible to hold project team members accountable to ensure successful delivery and quality of project deliverables and milestones.
• Manage day-to-day activities of project team members to identify and resolve issues that would present a risk to on-time implementation of the project.
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level status reports that synthesize project health, risk posture, and delivery metrics. Prepare strategic insights and delivery trends, ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and OKRs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on EPMO methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions for new PMs and cross-functional teams, ensure consistent adoption of PMO standards and tools such as ServiceNow, ADO, ZigiOps.
• Act as the primary PMO interface with internal regulatory stakeholders including business risk & controls, risk management, compliance, and legal.
• Ensure project documentation and execution align with audit, compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Aggregate and analyze IT delivery metrics across projects, including velocity, burn-down, risk exposure, and dependency health. Partner with vertical leads and RTEs to surface actionable insights for risk mitigation and delivery acceleration.
• Provide hands-on coaching to project managers across portfolios, focusing on delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and agile maturity.
• Facilitate peer reviews, retrospectives, and planning workshops to elevate PM capabilities and foster a high-performing delivery culture.

Education & Years of Experience

• Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Business or Related
• Minimum- 5 Years Product management, program management or related

In Lieu of Education

• 8 Years Product management and Agile Methodology

 License/Certification/Training

• Preferred - PMP Certification
• Preferred - CSM Certification
• Preferred - Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $95,100.00 to $163,100.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
