Responsible for the Release Management lifecycle, which includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across the Agile Release Train (ART). Releases include, but are not limited to, application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, and hardware upgrades. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Manages relationships and coordinates work between different teams across all locations. Partners with Scrum and system teams to create awareness of priority and schedule of deployment activities through environments to ensure the focus is sustained on the highest priority technical and business features. Works with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule features for release. Leads developers to understand impacts of branches and code merges.
- Plans release windows and cycles across the Portfolio/ART, manages and resolves issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality. Leads the coordinating release content and effort based on the prioritization of business value. Measures and monitors progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conducts Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews. Leads and coordinates Go-Live activities, including execution of deployment plans and checklists.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Application Development, Scrum, Agile, or related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in Application Development, Scrum, Agile, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer
- Understanding of various platforms (i.e. Dispute, Hadoop, Data)
- Comfortable as a liaison between our technology organization as the 'business'
- Strong communication skills - comfortability engaging senior leadership

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
