- Filter, prioritize, and organize requests and initiatives to help leadership focus on strategic business and technology objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts that streamline processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and improve overall team effectiveness.
- Support technology governance routines, leadership meetings, operating reviews, and executive reporting.
- 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of experience in technology operations, business operations, project coordination, program support, or a related operational role.
- 1+ year of experience performing data analysis, reporting, and developing business insights to support decision-making.
- 1+ year of experience creating executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
- 1+ year of experience tracking deliverables, managing action plans, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- 1+ year of experience supporting issue resolution, problem management, or operational improvement activities.
- 1+ year of experience facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and driving accountability with stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or software engineering organizations.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across technology and business teams.
- Experience with technology governance, risk, controls, incident management, or ITIL processes.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience in financial services or a large, matrixed organization.
