Position Overview:

The License Fulfillment & Operational Lifecycle Specialist owns the end-to-end delivery of software entitlements, and vendor licensing. This operational role bridges technical validation with rapid order execution, ensuring complex enterprise hardware and software configurations are accurately provisioned within a strict SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entitlement & License Delivery:Generate activation keys, provision software entitlements, issue delivery notifications, and upload license files directly to customer-preferred storage locations or portals.
  • Technical Dependency Validation:Audit order configurations against data center architecture and software dependencies prior to fulfillment to proactively catch missing licenses, capacity gaps, or configuration errors.
  • Backend Purchasing:Execute backend vendor purchasing alongside the sales team for software and licensing entitlements that you confirmed we're missed during the original procurement phase.
  • OEM Portal Management:Drive daily operations within Tier-1 vendor portals—including Cisco (CCW/Smart Licensing), NetApp, Palo Alto (CSP), Thales (Sentinel), Dell, and HPE—while demonstrating the adaptability to quickly learn and integrate new OEM platforms as vendor portfolios expand.
  • SLA & Queue Management:Maintain rigorous ticket queue hygiene, driving high-volume throughput and fast resolution times to consistently beat the 1-business-day turnaround SLA.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary operational liaison for end-user IT teams and internal Program Directors, providing real-time delivery status, key delivery, and technical resolution updates.
