Job Description:

Job Title: Litigation Solutions Technical Sales Consultant

Position Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished litigation attorney or an individual with litigation consulting experience, interested in leveraging their courtroom or jury research experience and strategic insight in a client-facing consulting and business development role. The Litigation Solutions Sales Consultant serves as a senior subject-matter expert supporting the company’s growth by advising clients and collaborating with sales team members as well as leadership on sophisticated litigation consulting and discovery solutions.

This role is ideal for a litigator or jury consultant who enjoys engaging with trial teams, discussing case strategy, and helping legal professionals communicate complex issues effectively—while expanding their impact beyond a single case or practice. The consultant will work alongside sales professionals in meetings with law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance clients, providing credibility and strategic perspective on litigation, discovery, and trial presentation services.

In addition to supporting client development efforts, the successful candidate will play a visible role in the industry by delivering presentations, leading Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, and contributing to the company’s thought leadership on litigation strategy, technology, and trial advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior litigation subject-matter expert in client meetings, advising on litigation consulting, discovery, and trial presentation solutions.
  • Partner with sales to support strategic business development initiatives and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Translate litigation experience into practical insights that demonstrate the value of the company’s services to trial teams and legal decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, strategic presentations, and CLE programs for clients and industry audiences.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on litigation strategy, case presentation, and discovery-related challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, law firm programs, webinars, and other thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help shape solutions that address evolving litigation needs.

Qualifications:

    • Significant experience as either a practicing litigation attorney or jury consultant, with strong credibility among trial lawyers and legal professionals.
    • Interest in transitioning from traditional legal practice or litigation consulting position into a strategic consulting and client advisory role.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room and engage senior legal audiences.
    • Strong understanding of litigation strategy, discovery processes, and the dynamics of complex cases.
    • Demonstrated professionalism, executive presence, and business acumen.
    • Ability to travel as needed to support client engagement and industry events.
    •

Compensation: USD $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
