We are currently searching for a Logistics Coordinator who assign & dispatch freight to Drivers, oversee routes and bill of ladings and timeline for the Drivers.  Hours/Days

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Aligns the day’s freight with available drivers. Dispatches individual drivers with assigned loads, routes, bill of ladings, and timelines.
  • Freight scheduling
  • Pick ticket and load tags
  • Tracks individual driver hours available and log book activity
  • Posts all bills of lading meeting the requirements and forwards all discrepant bills of lading to the Shipping Manager
  • Daily communication with Drivers, customers and Management team

Qualifications

What you Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 – 2 years as Dispatcher preferred
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Be 18 years of age or older
