About The Opportunity 

As the Manager of Data & Reporting on our Procurement team, you will serve as the backbone of Wonder’s procurement strategy by driving high-impact spend analytics, data integrity, and cross-functional reporting solutions. Joining our dynamic Procurement team, you’ll partner closely with Category Managers, FP&A, and leadership to unlock actionable insights and lead major tool integrations across our growing ecosystem. The Impact You Will Make 

  • Oversee the Ignite spend analytics platform, spearheading data updates, reporting deliverables, taxonomy maintenance, and continuous system enhancements.

  • Champion procurement data integrity by auditing spend precision across vendors, business units, ledger codes, and contractual obligations.

  • Collaborate closely with the Ignite technical team to resolve quality gaps and bolster the consistency of our procurement reporting ecosystem.

  • Engage with Sourcing Category Managers to optimize classification logic and supplier mapping, ensuring superior spend transparency.

  • Architect a comprehensive reporting framework covering the sourcing pipeline, savings realization, and overall category health.

  • Deliver tailored ad-hoc analysis to provide actionable insights for Procurement leadership, Finance partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Establish standardized dashboards, performance metrics, and automated cadences to unify reporting across all procurement pillars.

  • Support Category Managers in developing specialized reports that identify spend velocity, supply risks, and strategic optimization opportunities.

  • Drive the data strategy for the Travel & Expense vertical, managing the end-to-end reporting cycle and stakeholder distribution.

  • Monitor purchase order and invoicing flows from strategic partners, tracking actual spend against committed financial thresholds.

  • Direct complex data integrations among core tools, including Netsuite, Workday, Zip, Navan, and Tropic.

  • Design and implement sophisticated Looker dashboards, effectively piping disparate data sources into intuitive, department-level visualizations.

  • Analyze AI adoption trends within our toolset to mitigate budget variances and identify novel workflow efficiencies.

  • Coordinate with international Procurement resources to ensure seamless execution of departmental objectives and strategic initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.

  • 3–5 years of expertise in spend analytics and strategic sourcing, with at least 1–2 years dedicated to leading projects or personnel.

  • Demonstrate a track record of managing enterprise procurement tools such as Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan, or Tropic.

  • Expertise in architecting sophisticated dashboards within Looker, Tableau, or Power BI using disparate data sources.

  • Advanced technical mastery of Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Proven capability to maintain rigorous data integrity across multifaceted datasets, including taxonomy, contracts, and invoicing flows.

  • Collaborate effectively with Category Managers and FP&A to translate complex data into high-impact insights for executive leadership.

  • Familiarity with leveraging AI platforms like Gemini or Claude to architect efficient workflows and accelerate reporting cadences.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York: $128,000 - $135,500 per year.

Illinois: $115,000 - $122,000 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
