Job Description

As a Capabilities & Learning Manager, you will join the Global Capabilities & Learning (C&L) Organization and be responsible for designing and delivering Capabilities & Learning Programs, workshops, and resources that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams, ultimately driving business growth and efficiency under the direction of the Director, Capabilities & Learning Marketing & R&D.  

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities  

  • Own the design, development, and delivery of a capabilities & learning portfolio on a global scale, including overall project management, instructional design, budgeting, and vendor management where appropriate in partnership and collaboration with different solution partners (e.g. Global and Zone Functional Leads, IT, and HRBPs). 

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation. 

  • Think beyond just learning, driving integrated approach that encompasses process and technology to truly unlock behavior change 

  • Design the end-to-end learning experience for curriculums across a variety of modalities including live in-person, virtual live, on-demand, and job-aides. 

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. 

  • Manage budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Capability & Learning programs. 

Expected Experience & Required Skills 

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning & capability experiences across multiple modalities that drive business results 

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience measuring and evaluating program effectiveness 

  • 3+ years of experience working in a global organization, with understanding of cultural and regional nuances 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
