About The Opportunity

The Manager, Revenue Systems serves as a pivotal strategic bridge within the Revenue Systems and Infrastructure team, connecting Go-To-Market (GTM) business units with our technical engineering and Salesforce administration teams. Operating in a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager capacity, you will lead end-to-end requirement discovery, user story creation, ticket backlog management, sprint planning, and quarterly project prioritization.

You will oversee business-side architecture and utilization monitoring across key revenue systems, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot),  Spiff (incentive compensation), Gong, Chili Piper, and Telephony/CTI solutions (e.g., AWS Connect). By standardizing development practices and delivering data-backed Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to senior leadership, you will ensure our revenue technology stack scales with business growth. While this role does not include hands-on configuration, a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem will be a key to success.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Own the JIRA ticket backlog, sprint planning, and quarterly project planning process to transition the team from reactive ticket-taking to strategic, value-based backlog management.

  • Translate complex and ambiguous business requests into detailed Business Requirement Documents, process flowcharts, and clear user stories with strict acceptance criteria.

  • Act as the primary liaison between GTM business stakeholders (across Merchant Network, Grubhub for Business, Campus, Ads, and Wonder) and technical execution teams, shielding builders from scope creep.

  • Lead business analysis, integration requirements, and workflow optimization across core platforms including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Spiff (incentive compensation), Account Engagement (Pardot), Chili Piper, and Telephony/CTI solutions (AWS Connect).

  • Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including drafting test scripts, coordinating user testing sessions, securing sign-offs, and building centralized SOP documentation repositories.

  • Manage complex, large-scale revenue technology projects from inception through end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely status updates, proactive risk management, and transparent stakeholder communication.

  • Synthesize platform telemetry, ticket resolution velocity, and usage metrics to deliver executive-level Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) on system ROI, adoption, and platform health.

  • Audit tech stack utilization and vendor health to ensure high ROI, deep system integration, and reduced contractor dependency across satellite tooling.

  • Proactively eliminate productivity leaks in GTM workflows and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to accelerate the merchant lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem as a Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Systems Manager, or RevOps Project Manager in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (lead-to-cash lifecycle, opportunity management, custom objects, and reporting structures).

  • Hands-on experience or functional mastery with Revenue Systems including Spiff, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Gong, Chili Piper and enterprise Telephony/CTI solutions (e.g. AWS Connect).

  • Salesforce end-user or administrative experience preferred (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Business Analyst is a major plus).

  • Proven track record in Agile/Scrum delivery, JIRA backlog management, end- to-end project management, user story drafting, and managing formal SDLC processes (PMP, CSM, CSPO certification a plus).

  • Strong reporting and data analytics capability with experience delivering data-backed Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to executive leadership.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and manage lateral and upward stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with a passion for creating frictionless end-user experiences and driving system adoption.
