Who You Are

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Partners, with a primary focus on Chef Partner Danny Grant. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and streamline communication to ensure leadership can remain focused on high impact priorities. The Executive Assistant will act as a central point of contact, maintaining alignment across multiple disciplines while supporting both professional and personal needs. This position reports directly to the Managing Partners.

Executive and Personal Support for Chef Partner

  • Manage all professional and personal calendars with a high level of accuracy, prioritizing based on urgency and importance
  • Coordinate and optimize all travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • Serve as a personal assistant to Chef Danny Grant, supporting personal scheduling, appointments, reservations, and time sensitive requests
  • Support Danny Grant’s marketing and social media needs, including coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Travel as needed to support activations, appearances, and key engagements
  • Maintain flexibility to support evenings, weekends, and travel based on business needs

Executive Coordination and Communication

  • Serve as a central liaison between the Managing Partners and internal departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Keep leadership informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and priorities, following up as needed to maintain alignment
  • Draft, prepare, and organize correspondence, presentations, and materials, many of which are confidential in nature
  • Professionally communicate on behalf of leadership when appropriate
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and supporting materials in advance of key meetings
  • Maintain organized and accessible systems for files, documents, and records across platforms such as Google Drive and Dropbox

Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and calls with attention to efficiency and time management
  • Screen and respond to emails and calls, determining appropriate action or delegation
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, databases, and tracking tools
  • Assist with light financial tracking, including expense reporting and reconciliation as needed
  • Support the preparation of reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of executive assistant or high level administrative experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders and personalities
  • Highly proactive with strong problem solving capabilities
  • Detail oriented with a high standard of execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
