Our client is looking for a part-time 100% remote Marketing Admin Assistant / Project Manager to enhance the effectiveness of their coaching and marketing projects. They are a dynamic B2B marketing consultancy that has successfully guided over 300 businesses in refining their brand message and sales processes.

In this role, you will be the central force in organizing and executing client projects, ensuring every deliverable meets a high standard of quality and aligns with a proven storytelling framework. If you find satisfaction in meticulously managing a 52-point checklist and have a sharp eye for determining what makes sales and marketing materials effective, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, track, and analyze the delivery of client projects and coaching engagements.

  • Manage project deadlines and oversee quality control, including proofreading and ensuring all materials align with the client's brand message.

  • Audit existing client sales and marketing assets to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Repurpose call transcripts into marketing outlines and drafts for social posts, case studies, and emails.

  • Create and organize actionable marketing plans and monthly content calendars for client projects.

  • Manage the inbound leads process, including scheduling calls, updating the CRM, drafting agreements, and onboarding new clients.

  • Develop and maintain a referral and networking rhythm to nurture warm contacts.

  • Draft and build sales resources like one-pagers and FAQs from existing templates.

  • Measure, report on, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with contractors, including copywriters and designers.

  • Prepare weekly time-tracking reports to manage client budgets effectively.

  • Curate a library of effective marketing examples for team inspiration and training.



Requirements
  • Must possess a proactive, "get it done" attitude and derive satisfaction from completing tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Direct experience in B2B sales and marketing, with the ability to identify target audiences and document buyer personas.

  • Proven experience working on marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate customers.

  • Comfort and proficiency working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets; solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is required.

  • An understanding of design aesthetics and excellent copy; must be in tune with the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

  • Professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication skills for frequent client and team conference calls.

  • A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, remarkable experiences for clients and teammates.

  • Must be resourceful and self-sufficient in finding answers and solving problems.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or marketing management role is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Google AdWords and social media advertising budgets is a plus.

  • HubSpot experience or certification is advantageous.

  • A portfolio of past marketing campaigns or project management examples is required for application.
