About This Role 

The Marketing Coordinator, Promotion Operations supports seamless promotional retail execution and internal marketing processes across Consumer Marketing. This role develops and executes promotional bulletins, hot sheets, Instant Savings downloads, correction notices, proofing, Ace Rewards administration, gift card program support and marketing system administration. You will help ensure promotional offer data is accurate across the Promotional Offer Dashboard, Event Planner, point of sale testing and related systems. The position plays an important role in first time accuracy, retailer support, and efficient promotional execution for programs that influence significant promotional retail sales. This role reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and partners closely with merchandising, marketing, information technology and retailer support teams. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Maintain promotional offers and support Win the Month planner offers and bulletin content development 

  • Build, validate and deploy promotional hot sheets across promotional channels, including Instant Savings 

  • Support day to day Gift Card Program administration, account maintenance and problem resolution 

  • Manage Ace Rewards operations support, including direct mail hot sheets, customer transfers, retailer support and flag updates 

  • Administer marketing systems and recommend improvements to tools, processes and data accuracy 

  • Develop strong cross functional relationships with merchandising, marketing and information technology partners 

  • Create specialty promotional bulletins for grand openings and retailer ad groups 

  • Proof marketing materials and validate promotional offers through point-of-sale testing 

Who You Are 

You are detail oriented, customer focused, and comfortable managing accurate promotional execution in fast-moving environments. You enjoy solving problems, learning systems quickly, and building strong partnerships across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Technology aptitude and comfort working with marketing systems 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience supporting retail marketing or promotional operations 

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale testing, promotional offer systems or gift card program administration

Compensation Details:

$57500 - $71950 per year
