The Role at a Glance – Marketing Coordinator

We are excited to add a Marketing Coordinator to our team! This role offers the opportunity to coordinate diverse projects, create engaging digital content, and make a meaningful impact by aligning marketing initiatives with our company’s goals and values.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Management:

Coordinating project timelines and ensure initiatives are delivered on time while meeting high-quality standards.

  • Content Creation & Management:

Collaborate on creating compelling content for social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, and web pages.

  • Email Marketing:

Design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and deploy targeted email campaigns using HTML within our CRM system.

  • Social Media Management:

Oversee and schedule content using Social Media management system, ensuring brand compliance and effective audience engagement.

  • Event Planning & Coordination:

Assist with planning and executing events such as VIP experiences, dealership promotions, and community engagement activities.

  • Administrative Support:

Track and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

functional in Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools with a willingness to learn

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
