Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for supporting marketing projects from a coordination perspective, including: management of projects which are being briefed from internal business functions (P&C, Account Management, etc.), supporting internal BMC projects and initiatives, event coordination to support events and conventions, assisting with BMC workflow coordination and supporting delivery of internal comms as needed.
Responsibilities:
•Supports key marketing projects from a coordination perspective.
•Assists with admin tasks from a business engagement perspective - eg small edits to existing materials.
•Coordinate marketing tasks and projects from a workflow perspective.
•Manages merchandise, ordering, stock and benchmarking of prices/products to ensure we're accessing the most competitive and quality items. Build merch portal for self-service Crew orders.
•Collaborates with Marketing Manager NAM on promotion and coordination of charity-based activities, specifically RHMC.
•Supports coordination of Crewsletter and delivery of internal P&C culture initiatives (E&E/Thrive).
•Supports the creation and delivery of BAU content scheduling for Coates social channels.
•Collaborates with Global Marketing Director to make required minor updates to the Coates website.
•Actively helps with implementations of brand-related projects such as embedding of our values.
•Conduct and monitor competitor landscape, creating analysis and summary of intelligence which can be used to inform positioning of the Coates brand.
•Maintain and manage an up-to-date product portal to ensure accuracy of information to support product marketing
•Support and provide recommendations on the taxonomy of content documentation and file control to enable Brand, Marketing & Comms team to operate in an effective way
•Conduct desk research to support and inform positioning on industry trends and in turn help to raise the profile of key stakeholders at Coates, as well as the Coates brand.
•Support showroom management process.
Qualifications:
•University qualified
•1- 2 years of experience
•Exposure in managing workflows in Asana. Experience in Figma is preferable.
•Ability to create user generated content to share on social platforms is preferable.
