Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing digital marketing agency and play a key role in supporting SEO and PPC operations. They operate in the performance marketing space and, in recent years, have evolved from an emerging startup into a rapidly scaling agency expanding through strategic acquisitions and international growth initiatives.

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced agency professional who understands the rhythm, urgency, and accountability required in a client-driven environment. As they continue building the infrastructure to support a significantly larger client portfolio, they are seeking someone who can step in confidently, contribute quickly, and help maintain operational excellence across campaigns and client communications.

You will join a small but highly efficient growth team where precision matters. Clients entrust them with meaningful marketing budgets and strategic visibility, so execution quality and responsiveness are critical.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

  • Manage projects end to end, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Coordinate internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.

  • Monitor satisfaction levels and proactively resolve concerns.

  • Identify and de-escalate potential client issues before they impact retention.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on campaign performance.

  • Analyze KPIs such as ROI, traffic growth, conversions, and budget usage.

  • Present strategic, data-backed recommendations to clients.

  • Support campaign planning, implementation, and tracking.

  • Align timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams.

  • Assist with campaign briefs, documentation, and creative coordination.

  • Provide milestone updates and flag potential risks early.

  • Oversee onboarding processes and set clear expectations from day one.

  • Manage Zoho Desk tickets to ensure timely support responses.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication records.

  • Track and analyze SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads performance.

  • Investigate performance gaps and recommend improvements.

  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Communicate campaign strategy clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as a coordination hub between departments.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, document action items, and follow up on next steps.

  • Support alignment between marketing initiatives and broader company goals.

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.

  • Implement improvements that enhance productivity and campaign outcomes.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners.

  • Review contracts, track payments, and manage relationships.

  • Assist marketing leadership with special initiatives.

  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.




Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.

  • Experience managing agency client relationships.

  • Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.

  • Native or near-native English proficiency.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with marketing project management.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and marketing automation tools.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.

  • Experience coordinating vendors and managing budgets or contracts.

  • Ability to research market trends and provide actionable insights.
