Job Description:

Computer Services, Inc (CSI,) one of the nation’s leading fintech companies, is looking for an energetic, highly motivated and experienced Marketing Analyst, to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting raw data to drive marketing strategies and initiatives, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze raw data from various sources including sales, customer engagement, website traffic, social media platforms and other marketing/sales technologies.

  • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to marketing strategies and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and metrics.

  • Assist in the implementation of data collection methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific marketing questions or challenges.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing.

  • Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders.

  • Support Director of Marketing Ops & Demand Gen in data modeling, segmentation, and predictive analytics projects.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies within the marketing team.

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, and KPIs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years previous experience in data analysis or similar data/marketing roles.

  • BS/BA degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Marketo Revenue Explorer or similar) is a plus.

  • Marketing/email automation platform experience

  • CRM platform experience
