Job Description

This role is responsible for marketing campaigns focused on digital platforms and solutions to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment as well as to modify and optimize campaigns as necessary.  Uses segment specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs in collaboration with agencies, product, and activation teams. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.

 

Working closely with business line partners, the specialist will leverage data and analytics to deliver marketing across channels including email, online, mobile, ATM, social media, and other channels. Coordinates with marketing channel partners to develop channel specific content and testing plans. They will develop campaign themes and creative assets across channels. They will work with our analytics partners to track key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment and to optimize strategies, tactics and content as necessary.

 

The right candidate will be adaptable and able to learn systems and compliance requirements that can change on a frequent basis. Candidates should have a proven ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and adapt to the always changing financial market environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget

  • Ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while taking direction as needed

  • Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities based on business needs

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams

  • Experience working with Adobe Workfront

  • MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus

Location Expectations:

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
