TTM Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to support the company’s Aerospace & Defense sector's growing marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of event execution and executive communications and encompasses foundational marketing operations. This role supports a business that is actively expanding its brand presence across the U.S. defense community and international aerospace markets.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing the detailed logistics of a major industry event and crafting a polished executive presentation — someone who takes pride in the details and understands that in aerospace and defense marketing, everything we produce reflects the trust our customers place in us.

What You'll Do

Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end planning and on-location support of TTM's participation in industry trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and customer-facing facility events
  • Manage logistics including display/booth/chalet coordination, vendor relationships, shipping, on-site staffing, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-up
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and deliverables trackers
  • Liaise with external venues, show organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Support internal TTM conferences, including invitation management, run-of-show coordination, and on-site support
  • Track and report on event outcomes, attendance, and ROI – driving metrics reporting

Executive Presentation Development

  • Work directly with senior A&D executives to understand their communication objectives and refine messaging and presentation materials accordingly
  • Maintain a library of approved slides, templates, and brand-compliant assets for rapid deployment
  • Ensure all presentations reflect TTM's brand standards, tone, and visual identity

Marketing Operations

  • Manage TTM merchandise store; coordinate internal orders, manage inventory and proactively orchestrate the introduction of new items
  • Manage TTM A&D asset systems via Staples portal, facilitating internal orders for branded TTM assets
  • Launch and coordinate a robust TTM collateral management tool to store and share key brand material, including but not limited to images, brochures, briefings, and one-pagers

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, events, or communications role — preferably in a B2B or defense/aerospace environment
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing professional events or trade show participation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint — ability to build presentations from scratch to a high standard
  • Excellent written communication skills — clear, concise, and professional
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated industry
  • Experience supporting C-suite or executive-level communications
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
