Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active WM Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in configuring Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing and configuring MAWM for retail, eCommerce, or distribution environments and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable warehouse solutions.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from warehouse operations teams.
  • Configure Manhattan Active WM based on business processes and operational needs.

    • Locations
    • Inventory Attributes
    • Item Profiles
    • Putaway Strategies
    • Picking Strategies
    • Allocation Rules
    • Wave Templates
    • Replenishment Rules
    • Labor Settings
    • Packing and Shipping Configuration
  • Configure user roles, security, and permissions.
  • Support integration testing with ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS, and automation systems.
  • Participate in workshops, CRP sessions, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend configuration improvements.
  • Prepare solution design and configuration documentation.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
