This role can sit out of any major metro in the US. 

The National Account Manager (NAM), At Work, is responsible for growing Red Bull's presence within workplace environments by building, managing, and expanding partnerships with some of the largest At Work customers in the country. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and creating strategies that support long-term growth for both Red Bull and its customers.

Working closely with customers and internal partners, the NAM develops tailored business plans, identifies opportunities to expand distribution, and delivers programs that help increase brand visibility, drive execution, and create meaningful value. This role plays a key part in bringing Red Bull's strategic priorities to life by securing new national partnerships, growing existing accounts, and helping scale innovative solutions across workplace channels.

The NAM collaborates closely with Food Management Company (FMC) National Account Managers and cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Distribution, Category Management, Insights, Marketing, and Partnerships to align strategies, support successful execution, and achieve shared business goals. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and turning insights into action that benefits both customers and Red Bull.

Job Description

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Develop and execute customer-specific business plans that drive distribution, execution, and sustainable growth across a portfolio of strategic At Work customers

Identify, pursue, and secure new national partnerships that expand Red Bull's presence and unlock incremental growth opportunities

Strengthen and elevate existing customer relationships through strategic engagement, joint business planning, and value-added solutions.

Lead contract negotiations, annual business planning, and performance reviews to ensure alignment on growth objectives and partnership commitments

Influence customer decision-makers by delivering compelling business insights, category recommendations, and growth strategies

 

CROSS FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

Partner closely with FMC National Account Managers to align customer strategies, leverage existing partnerships, and maximize execution opportunities across shared customers

Collaborates with Global, Distribution, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Analytics and Category teams for total On Premise support of our Top At Work partnerships

Communicates with key stakeholders within the Regions to drive execution and to provide and receive account and program feedback

 

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Analyze business performance, market trends, and customer opportunities to identify growth levers and recommend actionable strategies

Drive execution standards and accountability to ensure programs are implemented consistently across customer locations

Utilize customer, category, and consumer insights to influence assortment decisions, placement strategies, and activation opportunities

Track performance against key business objectives and recommend course corrections to achieve growth targets

Qualifications

Proven experience in National Account Management, business development, or strategic customer leadership within the CPG, beverage, foodservice, or related industry

Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage complex national customer relationships

Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills with executive-level stakeholders

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating within a matrixed organization

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities

Passion to make significant contributions to the Red Bull organization through continuous process & ways of working improvement

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor's Degree

Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - 186,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
