CNO Financial Group’s Worksite Division (Optavise) is hiring a National Recruiting Manager to attract and hire independent insurance agents for the organization.  You’ll be responsible for growing Worksite producing agent count (PAC) while using our established national recruiting manager recruiting process.

Core responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Source, interview, recruit, and close agents and management candidates for the PMA Field Worksite sales organizations.

  • Support Worksite IMO's by effectively sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding licensed and non-licensed agent candidates.

  • Establish referral sources for agent and management candidates.

  • Development of new sources for attracting talent.

  • Participate in career fairs, attend industry association gatherings and search Internet sites offering potential sourcing opportunities.

  • Build and establish relationships internally with the home office recruiting team, but also foster relationships with our field managers and agents.  We exist to support the field, so these relationships ensure success across the team.

  • Provide informal coaching at all levels of field sales organizations on effective sourcing/recruiting techniques.

  • Complete weekly KPI reporting to reflect all goals and metrics.

  • Execute against established monthly, quarterly recruiting objectives tied to the National Recruiting Manager position.

What you need (Minimum requirements):

  • H.S. diploma required

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting 1099 professional insurance agents

  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize work.

  • Great communication skills; both verbal & written.

  • Ability to set and achieve goals and self-motivate

  • Passion to help candidates be successful in their careers.

What will set you apart (Preferred experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Current location in the US Midwest or Southeast region

  • Experience working in insurance industry

This position may work fully remote from any US-based location, provided they are able to work Central or Eastern Time hours. All work must be performed within the United States, and occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.

Associates living within 60 miles of a corporate office (Carmel, IN; Chicago, IL; or Orlando, FL) have access to work from that location as needed.

Compensation

Pay Range: $81,000.00 - $121,600.00 Annual
