  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on trading activities, positions, balances, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
  • Manage trade activities, including exercises, assignments, contras, position transfers, and currency conversions with an emphasis on events pertaining to listed futures and options.
  • Perform detailed trade, position, and valuation reconciliations to ensure accuracy across internal systems and clearinghouses.
  • Research and design analytical tools for integration into daily procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including cash management, desk accounting, and operations, for timely and accurate settlements.
  • Provide experienced direction and support across product classes.
  • Liaise with counterparties and exchanges to optimize configurations and workflows while reducing risks.
  • Handle operational and administrative support as needed, including off-hour support for 24/7 business continuity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Two or more years of experience in detail-oriented roles within financial markets, especially in front office, middle office, back office, or risk management.
  • Experience with various financial products like futures, equities, FX, bonds, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SQL, VBA and Python.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to anticipate downstream impacts and understand the broader picture.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work with limited direction and guidance.
  • Independently navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and drive projects forward.
  • Willingness to work rotational or early shifts.
