Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

 

  • Assist in pipeline management, ensuring sales records are complete and up to date in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of organizational records while maintaining data integrity standards.
  • Interact with customers throughout the licensing process to ensure smooth installations and removals.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, licensing, and compliance tracking.
  • Support the sales team by identifying missing or incomplete records and ensuring all necessary actions are completed.
  • Administer municipal tax and sticker fee processes for machine installations, removals, and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate licensing records in Salesforce, ensuring all installations and removals are properly documented.
  • Interface with municipalities to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding licensing requirements and municipal fee tracking.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in a company-provided vehicle to support business operations.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms strongly preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and municipalities.
  • Experience in a licensing, compliance, or administrative role is a plus.
  • Sales operations, data management, or reporting experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across the organization.
