Compensation ranges from $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 yearly.

SUMMARY
Our Operations Support Specialist role is part of a corporate team who partner with our field operations to improve branch efficiency and performance.
This role is a liaison between corporate and field operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role works hand in hand with Regional Vice Presidents and Area Directors to ensure our core employees are well trained on system, standard operating procedures and all tasked required for their role. With a specific focus on mitigating financial, safety and compliance risks, this role is the first line of support for the region to deliver top quality performance in their roles. This role collaborates with corporate teams to ensure we are compliant with customer agreements and KPI’s.
Responsibilities
- Main Point of Contact for all brand regions for everything that relates to corporate support.
- Branch Compliance as defined by corporate policy.
- Creates branch assessment schedule and reports on assessment results and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate New Hire training and coaching with field leadership as needed.
- On-Site Implementation and VMS implementation and training as needed.
- Risk Management First level of support.
- Standard Operating Procedures training and optimization.
- Maintains knowledge of ATS (Avionte) software.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Compliance
- EV, I9, Background Checks
- These efforts reduce our risk and help ensure our branches understand the compliance requirements we need to follow to reduce our risks.
- Standard Operating Procedures. Specifically, ATS (Avionte) front office and Payroll.
- Federal and state mandated policies need to be communicated with field offices.
- Training – Specifically on Standard Operating procedures as stated above.
Collaboration
- Attend Meetings with Field teams and corporate teams when needed.
- Manage Branch Assessment Schedule
- Develop ongoing improvement training after initial discovery within branch regions while building good rapport with RVPs.
Team Projects based on operational needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of field experience in staffing.
- College degree preferred.
