Account Coordinator
Description:
We are looking for a detail oriented problem solver to help our Business Development and Customer Service teams grow relationships, execute transactions, and park parkers in every nook and cranny of the country. The Account Coordinator is vital to the success of our operations; whether it’s building out spots on our back-end or researching and gathering data on the parking world, there is no amount of operational excellence that will not stem from this individual’s output. If you’re a fast yet calculated perfectionist, this is the job for you.
What Will I do:
Manage and create consumer facing content that the account team sources from our suppliers
Analyze and revamp small and large scale data sets that drive the core of our product
Implement system-wide content changes to improve customer experiences and drive sales
Monitor transactional data, understanding the innerworkings between clients and consumers and implementing changes to improve efficiency
Proofread and edit web content for style and grammar errors.

Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Degree in English or Journalism a plus.
