A Compliance Associate will work closely, in a growing Department, with the CCO and other Compliance professionals on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and submit SEC, CFTC and foreign regulatory filings.
  • Review and analyze reports generated by the firm’s surveillance systems.
  • Administer the Code of Ethics compliance program, using Schwab CT (e.g., personal trading, gifts and business entertainment, political contributions).
  • Assist with compliance training programs.
  • Assist in the completion, review, and maintenance of promotional marketing materials including, but not limited to, Due Diligence Questioners, pitch books and fact sheets.
  • Enhance internal compliance reports by identifying potential gaps and improving automation.
  • Take lead on the completion and maintenance Know Your Customer and new account broker documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of asset management experience, preferably with Advisers Act experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good judgment.
  • A reliable, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient and resourceful, and able to work independently and handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Possessing strong organizational skills and holding the highest ethical standards.
  • We will consider entry level candidates, new to compliance, with a strong undergraduate record and a willingness to learn.
