Digital Adoption Training Consultant at Mastery Logistics Systems (Chicago, IL)
About the Role
The Digital Adoption Training Consultant will build customer knowledge quickly. Each Mastery client customizes their solution and end user execution workflows to work best for their operation; it is the role of the Digital Adoption Training Consultant to master those solutions to build and maintain the training materials which house them.
The Mastery Digital Adoption team builds Training Suites custom to each client which are used to educate and fluidly transition our clients’ end users’ daily processes into MasterMind. These training suites contain a wide variety of types of materials, level of complexity, and ownership between our team and our client L&D partners.
As a Digital Adoption Consultant, you will be looked to as an expert on our software and our clients’ solutions and responsible for maintaining existing materials after each software update. As new features are released into MasterMind, consultants will be assigned features to build new materials for our team or our clients’ teams to educate their end users on the change.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain proficiency of the clients’ execution workflows and solutions throughout all software updates and new feature releases
- Drive product value, adoption, and user experience through onsite and virtual training interactions with Customers’ End Users
- Utilize industry experience to create innovative and tailored training materials and sessions for Mastery clients’ end users
- Collaboratively design, support, and manage the training implementation plan created for our clients
- Represent the Mastery brand values during all client interactions
- Manage day-to-day tasks and communication with internal and external training stakeholders
- Manage customer training/L&D success through relationship building, product expertise, and content delivery throughout implementation and post go-live with our clients
Role Requirements
- Logistics experience required; brokerage, dedicated operations, asset, IMDL, or LTL.
- Strong background in training facilitation and delivery
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Power Point
- Experience with instructional design or the creation of training/learning materials
- Highly motivated with the ability to learn all facets of our customers, logistics, and Mastery software functionality
- Strong detail orientation, organization, and time management abilities
- L&D or Onboarding program management experience a plus
- Experience with multiple TMS platforms a plus
