You will build PerkSpot into a valuable and trustworthy marketplace with engagement that grows over time, and ensure our operations run smoothly and consistently, at a scale across millions of members and thousands of merchants.

Meet the Marketplace Team 

Our Marketplace team focuses first on the needs of our members, working to build a valuable and trustworthy marketplace with engagement that grows over time. The team focuses on engaging and delighting our members, by maximizing the utilization of our personalization and communication capabilities. Simultaneously, they measure and monitor the success of our merchants within the marketplace to ensure their advertising dollars are effective. To be successful, PerkSpot must balance the needs of our members and our merchants; the Marketplace team identifies and prioritizes aspects of improving the members’ journey that will result in tangible improvements in member conversion and delight, which ultimately benefits our merchants as well. The team works with Product, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure PerkSpot pursues the right priorities. 

Life As A Director of Merchant Analytics and Success

• Deliver on objectives to achieve targets for revenue and leads
• Deliver on objectives ensure merchants are successful within the platform
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth operations and effective project execution
• Oversee individual product lines that don’t have a GM
• Drive improvement and investment efforts to improve merchant success

How To Catch Our Eye 

• Previous online advertising and marketing experience; 8+ years with clear P&L responsibility
• Experience in account management, sales or management consulting is highly desirable
• Demonstrated skills in project management, data analysis and leadership
