Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, including but not limited to clients, vendors, and candidates
• Coordinate supply orders and maintenance of office equipment
• Provide executive and administrative support to the President and CEO
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain records and data integrity
• Partner with Human Capital team to set assemble new hire paperwork and related materials
• Provide a superior customer service experience through high-level administrative and operations support
• Create and process letters, memos, faxes and emails independently and in a timely manner
• Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and team

Successful Professionals will have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of office management, administrative or assistant experience
• A bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
