Part Time Office Coordinator
As the Office Coordinator at M1, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment. We’re looking for someone who can coordinate office services, provide a one-of-a-kind experience for guests, and coordinate between departments. You’ll support the M1 employees by carrying out various office duties, driving growth by creating procedures, and playing an integral role in the culture of the company. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works well in a start up environment, and is exceptionally organized. You’ll interface with every team at M1 and work closely with leadership. You’ll be able to assist with special events and have a lot of ownership over the office policies at M1
This role will work 20 hours a week and report into our Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our M1 team to understand priorities and projects
- Greet and provide support to M1 guests as they arrive
- Maintain order and cleanliness in all conference rooms and common areas
- Order food, swag, and other necessary products as necessary
- Coordinate with vendor services, such as janitorial, mail, parking, etc
- Act as point of contact for all mail and deliveries
- Assist with the booking and coordination of special events, office happy hours, holiday parties, team dinners, etc
- Help book travel and other meetings, as needed, for the leadership team and CEO
- Coordinating and helping out with new hires and orientation on a weekly basis
- Inventory intake and manage ordering in the office
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1-3 years working in an administrative capacity, supporting a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn on the fly and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Be a team player, ready to jump in wherever necessary
