Supply Growth Manager
SpotHero is looking for dynamic Supply Growth Manager - Airports to act as a strategic advisor to parking partners, demonstrate value in listing on the SpotHero platform, and ensure a mutually beneficial relationship endures. This person will be responsible for obtaining new Airport parking supply, and optimizing existing Airport locations on SpotHero platform.

What will you do:
- Prospect potential new parking partners using LinkedIn, Google, Social Media, Parkopedia, and on-the-ground prospecting.
- Negotiate and build partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Balance partner needs with SpotHero offerings to develop optimal solutions for all stakeholders.
- Lead prospective and existing clients to SpotHero's product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach.
- Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings, if applicable.
- Attend industry related conferences and tradeshows, if applicable.
- Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness.
- Stay current on industry trends.
- Identify and research prospective leads to approach during the event.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients through attending social events.
- Assist manager with any Enterprise-Level deals and present to key stakeholders, as needed.
- Communicate roadblocks that are preventing prospective clients from working with SpotHero and offer advice on applicable solutions.
- Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
- Negotiate with partners to provide SpotHero with recommended rates, and inventory levels.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience in sales and account management.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills with a unique ability to understand client needs.
- Proficiency in the Challenger Sales Method is a plus.
