Summary 

The Warehouse Manager will manage all day-to-day warehouse activities and will oversee all the receiving/distribution operations. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning and monitoring optimal space utilization (11,000 sq ft) for an efficient inventory flow. Additionally, this position will oversee and implement warehouse management software to ensure operational processes, inventory, and procedures are being maintained.  This position will support the various account teams utilizing the Warehouse to ensure client materials are not mixed and/or able to pass an audit.  In addition, OSHA compliance training or certifications are strongly recommended for this role.  Operational, Inventory, Warehouse Management experience and database computer skills are must haves for this opportunity.

The Warehouse Manager reports to the Chief Information Officer.

Responsibilities

• Develop warehouse operation systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, shipping, and audit controls
• Implement operational policies and procedures for the company
• Develop an asset management and tracking process for clients and internal company
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment – EEOC compliance
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, procedures, and complying with legal regulations
• Maintain documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
• Assist with deliveries where required
• Establish and manage fleet policies and procedures across the company
• Track fleet compliance and driving records
• Assist with determining satellite sites for clients
• Responsible for working with e-waste vendor(s) to obtain certificate of destruction

Requirements

• 7+ years of warehouse management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
• A valid drivers' license is required
• Ability to operate a forklift effectively or able to be trained
• Proficient Microsoft Office experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Available to work extended hours if/when necessary
• Required to pass EEOC certification after hired
