As an Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solution Architect, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations and transformations.
- Serve as the primary architecture lead across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, industry best practices, and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Partner with executive stakeholders, finance leadership, and program sponsors to define transformation strategies and future-state operating models.
- Facilitate business process design sessions and provide recommendations to optimize finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, Revenue Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including future-state process flows, functional specifications, integrations, data conversion requirements, and reporting strategies.
- Provide leadership and oversight to functional consultants, business analysts, technical teams, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Drive key architecture decisions, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and solution governance activities.
- Collaborate with technical architects and integration teams to ensure seamless interoperability between Oracle Cloud ERP and surrounding enterprise systems.
- Lead conference room pilots (CRPs), solution validation activities, testing strategy discussions, and production readiness assessments.
- Guide organizational change and adoption efforts by ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and business transformation objectives.
- Support business development activities including solution demonstrations, proposal development, estimation, and client presentations.
- Contribute to Huron thought leadership, methodology development, and practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering Oracle ERP solutions, including significant experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs as a Solution Architect, Lead Functional Architect, or Senior Functional Lead.
  • Deep functional expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Expenses
    • Tax
    • Financial Reporting
    • Revenue Management
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-wide finance transformation solutions across complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops, solution design sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
Preferred:
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Financials certifications.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with third-party applications, data platforms, and reporting solutions.
  • Consulting experience within healthcare, higher education, commercial, public sector, or professional services industries.
  • Experience leading global or multi-country Oracle Cloud implementations.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $160,000 - $225,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
