We are currently looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our premier in-house digital marketing team. If you are looking for a new challenge with a fun work environment and an entrepreneurial culture, we ask that you please apply-we'd love to have you join our team.
What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across several platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and Campaign Manager
  • Drive campaign performance through optimizations and A/B testing strategies
  • Provide performance reporting and insights on various digital marketing initiatives using tools such as GA4, LookerStudio, SA360 & more
  • Lead active communication between different Good Sam lines of business and the digital marketing team
  • Large project focus agility. Activate coordinators to help execute and complete projects
  • Support the development of coordinators
  • Work with peers to increase skill sets
  • Seek information to improve current process’s and or overall efficiency

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as SEM Specialist, SEM Coordinator, digital marketing coordinator, or equivalent external experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the following is a must: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, GA4
  • Base understanding of channel tagging and tracking is a plus
  • Ability to pull, analyze and derive insights from channel reports
  • Must be self-motivated team player, professional, detail orientated and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.
  • Outstanding creative presentation skills.
  • Capacity to lead and manage more than one project simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead by example with positive attitude.

  • Able to lead campaign builds in commonly used platforms. (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, GA4)
  • Source and provide materials from multiple sources to organize and execute desired strategy

  • Deliver in the moment feedback to peers and leaders to grow the culture of One Team.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.  

Pay Range:

$56,700.00-$87,000.00 Annual
