What You Can Expect

As the Partner Marketing Coordinator for the Americas, you will be the operational force that transforms partner marketing strategy into flawless execution, ensuring campaigns launch on time, events run seamlessly, and every program detail is accounted for. Reporting to the Leader of Americas Partner Marketing, you will own the systems, logistics, and processes that keep a high-volume partner marketing calendar moving across in-person events, virtual experiences, and multi-touch campaigns. Day to day, you will configure campaigns in Salesforce, manage vendor relationships, track budgets and purchase orders, and drive post-event follow-up that closes the loop on pipeline attribution. If you thrive on making complex programs run smoothly and want broad exposure to channel marketing at a global technology company, this role offers exactly that.

About the Team

The AMER Partner Marketing team sits within Zoom's Field Marketing organization and is responsible for driving marketing-sourced pipeline through Zoom's channel partner ecosystem, including regional resellers, national solution providers, distributors, and technology alliance partners. We work hand-in-hand with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Marketing Operations to plan, fund, and execute partner programs that generate measurable business impact. We are building the partner marketing engine for the Americas, and the people on this team are writing the playbooks that will scale it.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and launch partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including building registration pages, setting up campaign records, and ensuring tracking and attribution are correctly configured before go-live.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for Zoom-hosted partner events, covering venue sourcing, vendor management across catering, AV, production, and swag, registration, attendee tracking, and day-of execution.
  • Own the AMER Partner Marketing swag program, including inventory management, ordering, fulfillment, distribution, vendor coordination, and spend tracking.
  • Maintain centralized budget trackers and process all purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments, reconciling planned versus actual spend across MDF-funded and Zoom-funded programs.
  • Build and sustain repeatable operational frameworks, including campaign calendars, project trackers, intake forms, and SOPs, that keep programs consistent and scalable across the team.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics including leads, deal registrations, pipeline influence, and ROI, maintaining accurate Salesforce attribution across all partner marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers, Channel Sales, and external vendors to ensure seamless cross-functional program execution and timely post-campaign follow-up.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, field marketing, or campaign management, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including campaign setup, attribution, and reporting; comfort with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and holding vendors accountable for quality and timelines.
  • Comfort managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and vendors with professionalism.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for accuracy and the initiative to build processes, solve problems, and drive work forward without constant direction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
