Coder is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to shape how our partners understand, position, and sell Coder. You will help turn strategic partnerships into practical go-to-market programs that create pipeline, support revenue, and help more teams adopt and scale governed AI development infrastructure. In this role, you will work across Partner, Product, Marketing, and Sales to build partner messaging, enablement, competitive insights, and co-marketing motions. You will bring structure to complex partner ecosystems, with a focus on AWS, WWT, and other strategic partners.

What you’ll do here

  • Work with partner marketing to develop and execute channel marketing strategies that create measurable pipeline, revenue, and product adoption through AWS, WWT, and strategic partners.

  • Create partner-ready positioning, messaging, value propositions, and content for partners and their customers.

  • Build scalable enablement programs and materials that help partner sales teams position and sell Coder with confidence.

  • Partner with partner marketing to design and run co-marketing programs with key partners, including campaigns, webinars, and events.

  • Develop and maintain global partner marketing frameworks that align with Coder’s global go-to-market strategy.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Partner, Product, Marketing, and Sales to shape partner GTM motions, integration priorities, and co-selling strategy.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to build competitive intelligence for partner ecosystems and identify opportunities to differentiate Coder.

  • Collaborate with partner marketing, marketing operations, and relevant teams to improve the Partner Portal and strengthen the partner experience.

  • Serve as the product marketing owner for strategic partnerships, representing partner needs and market insights in product and GTM decisions.

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with significant focus on channel or partner marketing in B2B software.

  • Hands-on experience working with service and technical teams at AWS, WWT, and global SIs

  • A proven track record of building technical partner GTM content, programs, and enablement that support measurable business outcomes.

  • Hands-on experience working with AWS, WWT, global system integrators, resellers, and/or strategic technology partners.

  • Experience with co-sell motions, partner programs, and joint GTM execution.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences.

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

  • A strategic mindset paired with practical execution skills.

  • The ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and build repeatable processes.

  • Openness to occasional travel.

Bonus tacos if you have

  • Experience marketing developer tools, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure or DevSecOps.

  • Familiarity with AWS Marketplace, cloud partner programs, or partner-led procurement motions.

  • Experience building partner portal content, partner certification paths, or scalable field enablement programs.

  • A working understanding of enterprise developer workflows, platform engineering, or cloud development environments.

Interview process

We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.

AI use during the interview process

As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.

Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.

Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.

Our use of AI in hiring

We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:

  • Ashby helps us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions - it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.

  • Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby.

If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact [email protected].
