**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for operationalizing and project-managing Syndigo's partner marketing and engagement initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone for Partner Managers and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Advisory, and RevOps to administer our Market Development Fund (MDF) program. Marketing owns execution of marketing deliverables (webinars, content, events); this role owns the project management, fund administration, partner coordination, and performance analysis that makes those programs run.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

Partner Operations & Marketing Project Management

  • Act as the primary project manager contact for Partner Managers for partner marketing projects from scoping through delivery and measurement.
  • Own the end-to-end project management of partner marketing programs — timelines, deliverables, internal handoffs, and partner-facing coordination — ensuring Marketing and other teams have what they need to execute.
  • Manage a tiered engagement model: white-glove program support for top 5–10 strategic partners, quarterly engagement for the next 15–20, and lightweight support/templates for long-tail partners managed by Partner Managers.
  • Coordinate net-new marketing capacity with Syndigo Marketing team (e.g., incremental webinars, partner booths at Syndigo Connect, co-branded content) and track what's feasible within a given quarter.
  • Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and operating rhythms that improve partner program execution and scale.

Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Administration

  • Own full administration of the MDF program: fund allocation, partner balance tracking, request intake via the partner portal, approval workflows, and usage reporting.
  • Own partner-influenced attribution tracking in partnership with Marketing and Revenue Operations — ensuring that leads and pipeline generated through partner marketing activities are properly tagged and measured.
  • Define and maintain attribution logic (e.g., partner-influenced if specific touchpoints occur within a defined window) and work with RevOps to ensure the model is implemented in Salesforce.
  • In partnership with measurement and analytics and RevOps, build reporting that quantifies the value of partner marketing programs — partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, conversion rates, event ROI — to support investment cases and program scaling decisions.
  • Manage MDF requests submitted via the partner portal, ensuring alignment with approved activities, pricing, and program guidelines.

Partner Engagement Programs, Advisory Boards & Content

  • Project-manage Syndigo's Partner Advisory Board (PAB), including bi-annual in-person sessions including logistics, agenda coordination, feedback capture, and action tracking.
  • Support execution of flagship events such as Syndigo Connect and Partner Kickoff as a liasion between Partner Managers and Syndigo Marketing for sponsorship tracking and communication, invitations, registration and logistics.
  • Own operational communications related to partner marketing programs, including timelines, deliverables, status updates, and post-program reporting.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • 4-6 years of experience in partner marketing, or B2B marketing within a SaaS or technology ecosystem.
  • Experience project managing and executing joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including campaigns, events, sponsorships and co-branded content.
  • Experience managing Marketing Development Funds or similar co-marketing investment programs including budget, approval and usage tracking is required.
  • Strong cross-functional and operational skills: able to manage multiple marketing initiatives and maintain clear processes, deliver on time, and effectively partner across business areas.
  • Experience supporting partner-facing programs such as advisory boards, executive sessions, or partner webinars, including coordination and feedback capture.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, PRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and project management systems.
  • PIM, MDM, PXM, or ecommerce background preferred.

For full-time U.S. based-employees, we offer competitive health insurance benefits, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

$76,000$95,000 USD
