What Your Impact Is
You’ll be the driving force behind ERM’s Health & Safety and Process Safety strategy in the Great Lakes and Northeast regions. By combining ERM’s technical depth with your leadership and vision, you will:
Guide clients in safeguarding lives, assets, and reputations through world-class safety programs.
Lead transformative projects across power generation, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and chemical sectors.
Influence strategic decisions at the highest level while mentoring the next generation of safety leaders.
Deliver thought leadership that sets the benchmark for innovation in Health & Safety and Process Safety.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
Proven senior leadership experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, and Project Management.
Minimum 15 years in Occupational Safety / Process Safety, with expertise in:
Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP, FMEA, Bowtie, LOPA)
Process Safety Management / Risk Management Plans
Occupational Hygiene and Industrial Hygiene
Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001)
Safety Culture / Leadership Transformation
Strong technical background in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Power Generation, and Manufacturing.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Preferred:
Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, P.E., CCPSC.
Experience producing safety study reports and leading hazard identification, SIL determination, fault tree analysis, consequence modeling, and risk assessments.

Mentor: Build and lead high-performing teams delivering Health & Safety and Process Safety projects across North America.
Deliver Excellence: Oversee consulting engagements, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction while meeting financial and risk management targets.
Shape Strategy: Contribute to ERM’s leadership decisions and provide thought leadership on technical and business issues impacting our core markets.

For the Partner, Process Safety Management position, the anticipated annual base pay is $175,00 – $200,000 USD. Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees.
Note: Bonuses, commissions, and other forms of additional compensation are not guaranteed and subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures.
