About the Role

The Partner Services Coordinator oversees 3rd party site inspection, cabling, light installation, and troubleshooting operations leveraging contracted resources. This role aids partners in ensuring site readiness is met, by examination, remediation (cabling), simplistic installation operations, and post live efforts if necessary.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate multiple types of service appointments between vendor partners, customers, and contracted technicians through various communication channels..
  • Create and manage calendar invitations, ensuring all appropriate stakeholders are included when assigning work orders.
  • Utilize multiple scheduling and partner management platforms, to monitor, review, and assign current job requests.
  • Navigate and manage contracted technician networks, including creating and approving work orders, maintenance of job templates, and project information.
  • Provide real-time support to technicians while onsite to troubleshoot issues, ensure job completion, and confirm required deliverables are received.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to service requests, operational inquiries from internal teams, and external partners.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with vendor partners, customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • Vet and select contracted technicians based on technician profiles, experience, provider scores, and job requirements before assigning work orders.
  • Prepare and provide cabling quotes and pricing for partners when cabling requirements or site needs arise.
  • Conduct cadenced meetings with partners on partnership health, escalations, resolutions, and grow the relationship between partner and F3.
What You BringRequired:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnight travel, and extended shifts, and travel as business needs require, sometimes with limited notice
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Reliable high-speed internet access (or willingness to obtain it, and a dedicated, professional workspace for remote work responsibilities.)
  • 1+ years of experience supporting or implementing technology systems 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, troubleshooting methodologies, and support-related software platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical issues across hardware and software. Strong organizational, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through in communication across email, phone, Slack, and other channels
  • Must maintain all licenses, certifications, and credentials required for the position
  • Some positions may require fluency in one or more additional languages. Role-specific language requirements will be communicated during the hiring process and verified as part of the candidate selection process
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and current automobile insurance are required. Employees are responsible for maintaining a valid driver's license, ensuring insurance coverage remains current, and keeping their vehicle in safe, reliable operating condition to support required business travel and on site responsibilities
  • Regular international travel required, including short-notice trips
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction required
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Preferred:
  • Minimum 1 year of service as an F3 employee
  • Experience in retail technology environments
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role requiring de-escalation or conflict management
  • Experience in remote team communication or technician coordination
Physical Requirements
  • May include travel by plane, automobile, train, boat/ ferry, rideshare and other possible forms of travel.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to climb ladders and safely work at heights of up to 25 feet, as required.
  • Ability to work safely in confined or restricted spaces, as required.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 16 hours when business needs require.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, climb, and perform other physical movements necessary to access equipment and work areas.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or performing administrative responsibilities.
