Active Adult (55+) Real Estate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Partnership Operations Manager to support the expansion and execution of strategic partnerships in the active adult (55+) real estate space. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, data, marketing, and technology and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning opportunities into well-run, measurable programs.

You’ll work closely with teams across the company to help identify new partnership opportunities, support launches, and ensure our Builder Direct and Rental partners are set up for long-term success.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, paid at $40/hour USD, up to 40 hours per week, with an expected duration of 6-12 months. This role and all interviews are 100% remote.

What You’ll Do
  • Research and identify high-potential partnership opportunities in the active adult sector and support outreach to schedule meetings.
  • Independently lead discovery and pitch meetings with prospective rental partners to present the program, answer questions, and manage next steps through launch.
  • Conduct initial outreach and qualification for builder partnership opportunities, coordinating and scheduling meetings with the Director of Sales for Builder Partnerships once a prospect is ready for executive discussion.
  • Prepare internal market data and maintain presentation materials for partnership pitch meetings.
  • Coordinate partnership launches by working with content, tech, and marketing teams on community pages, lead routing, integrations, and promotions.
  • QA and test new partner community pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and proper lead flow.
  • Support ongoing partner relationships through regular check-ins focused on lead quality, reporting, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Track outreach activity, partnership status, and key deliverables, and share updates during team meetings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with a high attention to detail
  • Self-directed and proactive — able to identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and move work forward without waiting for step-by-step direction.
  • Comfort working with data, slide decks, and cross-functional teams
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines at once
  • Interest in partnerships, real estate, marketing operations, or growth strategy
Why This Role Matters

This position plays a key role in how partnerships are identified, launched, and maintained. Your work directly supports revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and the quality of experience delivered to our audience of 55+ and active adult homebuyers and renters.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

  • Fully ramped on Builder Direct and Rental partnership models, tools, and workflows
  • Comfortable navigating internal data sources, CRM, and tracking systems
  • Supporting active partnership outreach and preparing pitch materials with minimal guidance

By 90 Days

  • Independently managing partnership launch workflows from agreement to go-live
  • Consistently QA’ing and approving new community pages and lead routing setups
  • Proactively identifying process improvements and surfacing new outreach opportunities
  • Trusted point of coordination across Partnerships, Tech, Content, and Marketing

By 12 Months

  • Playing a key role in scaling Builder Direct and Rental partnerships
  • Maintaining strong partner relationships with clear reporting and communication rhythms
  • Helping shape outreach strategy by identifying new active adult communities and growth opportunities
  • Operating as a reliable owner of partnership operations, with minimal oversight

What to expect from the interview process:

  • Meet with Director of Sales
  • Meet with Chief Revenue Officer
  • Take-home Case Study (60-90 minutes)
