JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

About the role

Aravo, our supplier management platform, is live globally and supports our Workplace Management business. Now we're connecting it to PeopleSoft, Trustpair, Ingenious, Omnea, Yardi, Avetta and ISN, and completing phase two of our Aravo-to-Corrigo integration for certificates of insurance.

You'll be the person who sees how all of these pieces fit together and keeps them moving. You'll lead the design of each integration, bring together the engineers, vendors and business teams who build and rely on it, and make sure what goes live is accurate, supported and ready for audit.

You'll work with JLL engineers and vendor teams, not manage them. That means influence, clear thinking and real technical credibility matter more than writing code. This is an integration leadership role, not a software development position.

You'll partner closely with Sourcing and Procurement, Finance and Accounts Payable to shape how our supplier and vendor systems work together.

What you'll doLead integration design and architecture
  • Work with business stakeholders to turn needs into clear integration requirements and designs.
  • Choose the right approach for each connection (API, file transfer or middleware) and explain the tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Keep the big picture in view: which systems connect, how data moves between them, who owns each side and how changes in one place affect the others. Maintain a current integration inventory and data flow diagrams.
  • Set and uphold standards for authentication, error handling, data validation and reconciliation, in line with JLL's integration standards and the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) team's architecture.
  • Review designs and technical specifications from engineers and vendors. Ask the hard questions and push back on scope that would be difficult to maintain.
  • Own the data mapping specifications, API endpoint configurations and file format definitions that engineers build from.
Coordinate delivery across teams
  • Run the plan for multiple integrations at different stages, such as one in design, one in user acceptance testing (UAT) and one in production support, and sequence the dependencies between them.
  • Align JLL engineers, vendor teams and business owners on who builds what and by when. Clear blockers early and escalate when needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships with Aravo, Trustpair, Omnea, Avetta, ISN and others: roadmaps, support issues and release schedules. Track monthly Aravo releases and their impact on live integrations.
  • Get hands-on when it speeds things up. Test an endpoint in Postman, read an error log or adjust a platform setting.
Test, release and support
  • Own the test strategy and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders: test plans, test data, defect tracking and issue resolution with platform owners. Business owners sign off on UAT.
  • Agree reconciliation checks and accuracy thresholds with business owners, and make sure they run before and after go-live.
  • Guide each release through JLL's change management process, including change advisory board (CAB) approvals, release windows, rollback plans and stakeholder notifications.
  • Lead hypercare after go-live, and make sure runbooks and support documentation are in place before handoff.
  • Monitor integration health through logs, error reports and dashboards, and coordinate fixes with the owning team.
Own Trustpair on behalf of JLL Technology
  • Act as operational owner: manage change requests from Finance and Procurement, user access and the business relationship.
  • Coordinate System and Organization Controls (SOC) audit responses, including documentation, control validation and auditor requests.
Keep improving
  • Spot patterns across the integration landscape and recommend improvements.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to speed up documentation, data mapping analysis and troubleshooting.
What you bringMust have
  • Seven or more years in enterprise SaaS integration, including at least three leading design and delivery across multiple teams or vendors without direct authority.
  • Strong working knowledge of how integrations are built, well enough to judge a design and diagnose a failure even when engineers do the build: APIs: REST and SOAP, authentication (OAuth, API keys), request and response formats, error handlingFile-based transfers: CSV, XML and JSON over SFTP or AWS S3, scheduled jobsMiddleware: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica or similar tools
  • Experience with procurement, finance, ERP or accounts payable systems such as Aravo, PeopleSoft, Yardi, Coupa, SAP or Workday.
  • Skill at turning business requirements into field mappings, validation rules and reconciliation logic.
  • A track record of running UAT with business stakeholders: test plans, results and defect resolution.
  • Experience working within formal change management, including CAB approvals, deployment windows and release documentation.
  • The ability to align engineers, vendors and business leaders who have competing priorities, and to explain a complex integration landscape clearly to executives.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, curl) and with JSON, XML, CSV and Excel.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Visio, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SOC audit processes, including documentation, access controls and control validation.
  • Close attention to detail. Integration errors affect supplier payments, compliance data and financial reporting.
Nice to have
  • Platform administration experience with Aravo, PeopleSoft, Yardi, Trustpair or similar systems.
  • SQL for data validation and troubleshooting (queries, not development).
  • Real estate or procurement and sourcing domain knowledge.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for integration health.
  • A background in solution architecture, technical program management or business analysis.
  • Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships.
