Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and performance of our ecommerce websites across Real Estate brands while leading the evolution toward an AI-native development model. This role is focused on driving measurable business outcomes (conversion, revenue, engagement) and overseeing a new paradigm where AI agents continuously analyze, recommend, design, implement, and test website improvements.

You will define the roadmap, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and serve as the human-in-the-loop decision-maker ensuring quality, alignment, and business impact of AI-driven changes. This role does not own sprint execution but instead drives what should be built and why, in close partnership with engineering, CRO, marketing, and design teams.

Responsibilities

    Ecommerce Performance & Growth Ownership

Own website performance across multiple brands and platforms, including conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), revenue per visitor, and funnel progression.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and monetization.
Drive improvements in merchandising, pricing, packaging, and user experience.
Build the technology roadmap for the websites

    AI-Native Product & Development Leadership

Lead the adoption of an AI-driven development model where agents:
    • Analyze website performance and user behavior
    • Generate hypotheses and recommendations
    • Produce designs and implementation plans
    • Execute changes (with oversight)
    • Run experiments and evaluate results

Act as the human oversight layer, ensuring recommendations align with business strategy, brand standards, and customer needs.

Define guardrails, evaluation criteria, and success metrics for AI-driven changes.
Continuously improve AI workflows to increase speed, quality, and impact.

    Experimentation & Optimization

    • Own the experimentation roadmap and testing strategy.

    • Design and prioritize A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

    • Ensure a high velocity of experimentation with clear success metrics and learning loops.

    • Translate insights into actionable roadmap decisions.

    Cross-Functional Strategy & Influence

    • Partner with engineering, CRO, UX/design, marketing, and data teams to align on priorities and execution.

    • Influence without direct authority over delivery teams.

    • Ensure alignment between website strategy and broader product and business goals.

    Multi-Brand Platform Strategy

    • Drive consistency and best practices across multiple brands while respecting brand-specific needs.

    • Identify opportunities for standardization, scalability, and simplification.

    • Balance short-term wins with long-term platform evolution.

    Data-Driven Decision Making

Define and track key performance metrics.
Leverage analytics, customer signals, and experimentation results to inform decisions.
Build clear narratives linking product changes to business outcomes.

Qualifications:

6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce, growth, or digital product environments.
Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes (conversion, revenue, engagement).
Strong experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Experience managing complex, multi-brand or multi-platform environments is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.

    High AI fluency required:
    • Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in workflows
    • Experience applying AI to product development, analysis, or experimentation
    • Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and guide improvements
    • Strong interest in building AI-native workflows and systems

Familiarity with modern product, analytics, and experimentation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
